ABN Design is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of interior architecture and landscape projects. This is a key position within our firm, giving you the opportunity to help build structure, processes, and long-term project standards. ​

Responsibilities

  • Lead project timelines, budgeting, and communication from concept through delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and expectations are met
  • Support the design team by organizing documentation, schedules, and progress reports
  • Conduct site visits and oversee quality control during implementation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management within architecture, interiors, or construction
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain clear communication
  • Proficiency in project management tools; familiarity with design/technical workflows is an asset
  • A proactive mindset, especially in a growing firm where processes are continuously evolving
