Rooted in warmth, texture, and modern Scandinavian sensibilities, this café and restaurant project in Sweden showcases ABN Design Studio’s full interior design vision—from spatial planning and material composition to ceiling geometry, lighting strategy, and custom millwork details. The result is a dining environment that feels simultaneously grounded in nature and refined in its contemporary character.
The material palette plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere. Layers of warm wood tones bring softness and familiarity, while black brick elements introduce contrast and urban sophistication. Natural stone flooring adds durability and tactile richness, anchoring the space with a subtle sense of permanence. Vertical greenery walls weave biophilic elements throughout the interior, enhancing the connection to nature and creating a calming visual rhythm across the dining zones.

Its bold forms and strategic lighting moments draw the eye upward, adding depth and dimensionality while guiding circulation. The integrated lighting strategy, balanced between ambient glow, focused task illumination, and accent lighting, creates a dynamic environment that adapts seamlessly from daytime dining to evening atmosphere.
With the full design package developed by ABN Design Studio and executed on site by local teams, the completed project stands as a harmonious blend of natural materials, contemporary geometry, and welcoming hospitality—a modern dining destination that feels both memorable and uniquely rooted in its surroundings.
